All of us think that only human being and animal need food to survive and to get energy. But then, do you guys realize that plants especially green plants also need food to survive?? Green plants also produce something important to us which is OXYGEN. The process take place is called PHOTOSYNTHESIS.
To know more about this process, here is the steps :
1. Animals and human being is inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.
2. Green plants are the only plants that produce OXYGEN and make food which is GLUCOSE..
3.Photosynthesis means ''putting together with light.''
4.This takes place in chloroplasts, which have chlorophyll in them.
5.Chlorophyll absorbs the sunlight.
6.From sunlight, green plants combine carbon dioxide and water to make glucose and oxygen.
7.Green plants use GLUCOSE to make starch, fats, and proteins.
8.There are tiny pores called STOMATA.
9.Carbon dioxide and oxygen enter and leave through the stomata respectively.
10. in Addation, during night time, plants does not produce food. They close their stomata during night time.
-------> photosynthesis occur during day time
------> the process of photosynthesis occur inside the leaf.
Lets Go Green...!!
Green goes with everything .. ---> to enhance peoples to study about the nature and also our precious environment. Besides, encourage peoples to learn new thing about nature ^_^

Clover,, oh my Huny Coverr
Things You’ll Need:
- Rake
- Sawdust
- Milorganite
- Water
- Lawnmower (optional)
Instructor:
- Step 1:Rake the soil thoroughly, scoring the surface for planting. If you wish to add clover to thicken an existing lawn, rake over the grass to improve seed contact.
- Step 2:Mix the clover seeds with sawdust, as they are extremely small and difficult to distribute evenly otherwise. Also add in Milorganite or another light fertilizer to this mix. Heavy fertilization will not help clover.
- Step 3:Spread the mix evenly over the areas of your lawn or the raked soil bed where you would like to plant the clover.
- Step 4:Water the soil, taking care not to wash away the seeds. Keep the soil moist at all times until the clover has taken root. This usually occurs two weeks after planting. After this point, do not water more than once a week.
- Step 5:Mow the clover or let it grow to its full height, which can be up to six inches, according to your preference. The clover seeds will flourish either way.
